Corina Villaraigosa

Ms. Villaraigosa is an educator at Montebello Unified School District, where her teaching career began over twenty seven years ago, with an emphasis in Secondary Language Acquisition. She is currently a Teacher on Special Assignment at Greenwood Elementary School. Ms. Villaraigosa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and her Teaching Credential from California State University, Long Beach and holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. She, together with her former husband, City of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, has supported organizations and initiatives that address economically disadvantaged children and their parents.
