Dakota Atley

Senior Director of Operations, Foundation

Mr. Atley has over 15 years of experience in operations spanning start-up, software, work-of-mouth marketing, fundraising, university, medical and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Orthopaedic Institute for Children (OIC), Mr. Atley worked for dunnhumby USA/Smarterer, Inc. where he supported the Global Head of Investments/CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and at Joslin Diabetes Center, Mr. Atley reported to the CMO and CFO/COO, where he partnered closely with them on daily management of the ongoing operations of the clinic and executive offices; both in Boston, MA. Previously he worked at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, where he reestablished the daily operations and fundraising efforts along with the VP of Development. He also managed the operations of the leadership teams at Turbo Tax division in Intuit, Inc. and cVideo, Inc.; both in San Diego, CA. Mr. Altey holds a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego and graduated with a BA in English from Western Connecticut State University.
