EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT -- Foundation
Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, is open for an Executive Assistant in our Foundation. The candidate will provide professional administrative and organizational support via scheduling calendars, tending phone calls, coordinating travel arrangements, liasing, conducting and documenting research, periodic event coordination and managing projects and related general administrative tasks. Professional administrative experience is expected and a person bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Raiser's Edge program experience is preferred as well.
RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST I – Radiology
Part-time position (hours may vary) for a Radiology Tech is available. The Technologist will operate the imaging equipment and prepare and instruct the patient for imaging. Interaction with physicians and nurse practitioners to ensure proper fulfillment of orders is expected. Current CA license, fluoroscopy certificate and CPR certification are required.
REGISTERED NURSE – Hemophilia Treatment Center
Part-time position, Monday through Thursday, is available for a Registered Nurse with a current California license. Candidate will provide direct patient care in our Hemophilia Treatment Center. Phlebotomy experience is required and bilingual in English and Spanish is required. The RN will make assignments, instruct and supervise ancillary personnel, as well as instruct patients and their families concerning on-going care. Current CA RN license and CPR certification is required.
PEDIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER – Outpatient Services
Full-time position, Monday through Friday is available for a CA licensed Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will coordinate the care of pediatric orthopedic surgery pre and post-op and provide patient/family education. Major functions include developing and implementing discharge plans in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, assisting in OR and collaborating with team.
Required are Masters Degree in nursing, CA state RN and NP licenses and national certification, BCLS certification and at least one year’s experience.
ORTHOPEDIC (PLASTER) TECHNICIAN – Outpatient Clinic
Part-time, Monday through Friday position is available. The candidate prepares patients and applies, modifies or removes casts according to physician orders. Experience required.
