Mark W. Wilbur
Mark W. Wilbur is CEO of Employers Group (EG). He joined EG in March 2007 and has brought innovation and leadership to transform the organization and re-establish it as the industry leader in human resources professional services. He has set new standards in member care and assistance, has led the development of national strategic relationships, and has transformed EG’s online training and technology infrastructure to enhance member benefits and services. Prior to joining EG, Mr. Wilbur was the Associate Dean of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), preceded by being a Partner in Business Consulting at Arthur Anderson. In addition, Mr. Wilbur is a speaker at national conventions, corporate events, and university classrooms on a variety of topics. He earned his BA and MBA from USC. Mr. Wilbur has served on the Board of Directors for NAM (National Association of Manufacturering) and is the immediate past Chair for the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed). In 2012, Mr. Wilbur served as Chair of the BizFed Institute and he is currently serving as Co-Chair of BizFed's Healthcare Committee. He also served as the Volunteer Head Coach of USC’s ice hockey team for 16 years, earning eight PAC-8 Championships.
