The Los Angeles Orthopaedic Medical Center (LAOMC) campus is conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles, near the 110 (Harbor), 10 (Santa Monica), 101 (Hollywood) and 5 (Golden State) freeways. The Medical Center is right off of the 110 (Harbor) freeway at the Adams Boulevard exit.

The Los Angeles Orthopaedic Medical Center address is: 2400 South Flower Street, however, the entrance is on Adams Boulevard.

110 FREEWAY going SOUTH: Take the Adams Boulevard exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto 23rd Street. Cross Figueroa Street and Flower Street. Turn right onto Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Adams Boulevard. The LAOMC entrance is on Adams Boulevard. Underground parking is located on the right, inside the adjacent apartment complex.

110 FREEWAY going NORTH: Take the Adams Boulevard exit. Turn left onto Adams Boulevard. Turn right onto Figueroa Street. Turn right onto 23rd Street. Turn right onto Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Adams Boulevard. The LAOMC entrance is on Adams Boulevard. Underground parking is located on the right, inside the adjacent apartment complex.

10 FREEWAY going WEST: Take the Grand Avenue exit. The exit puts you on 18th Street. Make an immediate right on Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Adams Boulevard. The LAOMC entrance is on Adams Boulevard. Underground parking is located on the right, inside the adjacent apartment complex.

10 FREEWAY going EAST: From the 10 freeway, take the 110, Harbor Freeway SOUTH. Take Adams Boulevard exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto 23rd Street. Cross Figueroa Street and Flower Street. Turn right onto Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Adams Boulevard. The LAOMC entrance is on Adams Boulevard. Los Angeles Orthopaedic Medical Center Urgent Care

The Urgent Care Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Weekends and Holidays.

The Orthopaedic Resident is available for children's fracture treatment in the Urgent Care from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and on limited hours on the weekend.
